KEY ISSUES:
Covid19 is more properly called Sars Coronavirus 2.
In 2002/03 Sars Coronavirus 1 was identified.
The two Government primary advisory agencies prior
to March 2020 was Public Health England (‘PHE’) &
The Advisory Committee for Dangerous Pathogens’
(‘TACDP’)
On 19 March 2020 PHE stated that Covid19 is not a
HCID (high consequence infectious disease). This
opinion was confirmed by TACDP on 20 March
2020.
Thus both UK Government agencies effectively
downgraded Covid19 to that of Flu as at 20 March

upon an agency called SAGE. This agency comprises
primarily people who use a predictive computer model
sourced from Imperial College to advise as to the
likely future progress of a virus.
During June/July/August 2020 there were no medical
professionals on the SAGE committee.
Since 21 March 2020 the Government & SAGE chose
to follow the instructions of the World Health
Organisation (WHO) & ignore the advice of
PHE/TACDP.
The World Health Organisation (‘WHO’) is a private
organisation & largely funded privately with the
largest contributor being ‘The Bill & Melinda Gates
Foundation’.
It has been suggested that GAVI (medical
organisation owned by Bill Gates) exercises undue
influence/control over the WHO.
In June2021 the Indian Bar Association issued a writ
against certain Indian WHO officials re Covid19
misrepresentation.

refused to permit other computer/modelling experts to
review & audit the predictive computer model SAGE

On 23 March 2020 The Government implemented
the first ‘Lockdown’ following the advice of various
advisors including Professor Neil Ferguson (Imperial
College) who created the computer predictive model.
On 23 March 2020 the UK Government told the
public that the lockdown would last 3 weeks to
‘flatten the curve’.
The Government decided to ignore their ‘pandemic
policy /reaction plan’ finalised in 2016/17 which did
not propose any form of Lockdown/masks/social
distancing.

Mr Ferguson predicted 500,000 UK deaths from
Covid19. He downgraded this prediction to 200,000 in
May 2020.
Mr Ferguson, who is a SAGE member, has a very
poor record of predictions as his past forecasts re
Sars Covid 1 / Foot & Mouth / Asian Bird Flu / Mars
etc. has been shown to be widely exaggerated.
In August 2020 SAGE asked Microsoft to review the
Imperial College software model & they found
numerous bugs which they fixed & in addition further
amended the programming.
On 25 March 2020 the Government changed the rules
for completing death certificates. The change (first in
30 years) stated that the doctor certificateing the
death must express an opinion as to whether the
deceased is infected with Covid19 and a test is not
necessary.If the certificating doctor thinks the deceased has
Covid19 then this has to be ‘mentioned’ on the death
certificate.
If the death certificate ‘mentions’ Covid19 then the
Office for National Statistics (‘ONS’) must record the
death as a Covid19 death regardless of any other
circumstances present.
In August 2020 the Government ruled that any death
where the deceased has tested positively for Covid19
within 28 days of death then that death must be
recorded as a Covid19 death regardless of any other
circumstances being present.
In April & May 2020 the Government ordered the
transfer of 14,000+ elderly patients from hospitals to
care homes. Each care home was paid £1,500 for
each patient accepted.
On 18 April the Government directed that from 4
March 2020 all care home deaths shall be recorded as
Covid19 deaths regardless of any other
circumstances.
This policy was changed on 15 June 2020 so that care
home deaths are to be recorded as Covid19 deaths
only if the deceased tests positive for Covid19 within
28 days of death.To date 45% of Covid19 deaths have occurred in care
homes.
There is, allegedly, evidence of excessive use of both
Morphine & Midazolam by care homes in 2020. Both
are very strong drugs used for anaesthesia / inducing
sleep / reducing anxiety & results in reducing memory
capacity. It is suggested that this excessive use of
these drugs caused a spike in care home deaths in

Government recording Covid19 deaths
In presenting Covid19 statistics the ONS state that
‘Covid19 deaths’ are those who have died WITH
Covid19
Therefore, the ONS is using the word ‘WITH’ & not
‘FROM’ or ‘OF’ or ‘DUE TO’).
As of December 2020 the ONS state that 90% of
Covid19 deaths had at the time of death 1 to 3 pre-
existing co-morbidities. The average is 1.65. A co-
morbidity is a pre-existing life threating health
condition.
The ONS state at December 2020 that the averageage of the Covid19 deceased was 82.
It has been shown that anyone infected with Covid19
AGED UNDER 70 YRS has a 99.76% chance of a
full recovery.
In April 2020 all NHS hospitals were advised that they
would be paid £2,000 for each patient identified as
having Covid19.

Identifying & Isolating Covid19:
The USA principal Government health advisory
agency is the Centre for Disease Control and
Prevention (‘CDC’).
The WHO and the CDC state on their websites thatthe Covid19 virus has not been identified or isolated
and that the approach has been to computer model
Covid19 using Sars Covid1 as the basis for
extrapolation to create a profile for Covid19.
The PHE following a freedom of information request
in January 2021 replied that they have nothing on file
to show that the Covid19 virus has been identified and

In June 2020 a subcommittee of SAGE was
established called ‘The Behavioural Insights Team’
which is a psychology team. Their July 2020 meeting
minutes stated “the population must be frightened &
scared so that they comply with Governmentinstructions”. In August 2020 their minutes stated that
the people are not sufficiently scared & frightened so
further efforts need to be made by the Government &
their agencies to correct this & ensure they obey the
Government.

ARE GOVERNMENT COVID19 DEATH
STATISTICS RELIABLE??
In Italy at December 2020 a study of Government
reported Covid19 deaths was conducted and it was
found that only 12% of reported Covid19 deaths were
previously healthy individuals with no pre-existing
health conditions.
A later study in Italy reported in May 2021 showed
that 86% of Government reported Covid19 deaths
actually died of chlamydia pneumonia which is
readily treatable.

2021 is c128,000. This is for 18 months. The

The ONS state that only 10% of the reported covid19
deceased had no pre-existing health conditions which
equates to 8,533.
Prior to 2020 the 5-year average deaths from flu was
17,000 (No pre-existing co morbidities) and the peak
was in 2014/5 when 22,000 deaths was attributed to
flu.
As regards establishing from Government agencies
the number of previously healthy people who have
died in 2020 from Covid19, the following ‘Freedom of
Information’ (FOI) enquiries to the ONS are
examples.
Following a FOI request in January 2021, the ONS
replied by stating the number of deaths without co-
morbidities up to end of July 2020 then said that any
information beyond July 2020 concerning further
analysis (additional to that on the web site) of
Covid19 deaths is considered exempt under the FOI
legislation as it is not in the public interest to provide

March 2021 the ONS responded with the following:
“There was a total of 9,400 deaths in 2020 that were
due to Covid19 and were recorded without any pre-
existing health conditions”

In April 2021 the Telegraph reported that the
Government has confirmed that at least 25% of
reported Covid19 deaths had nothing to do with the
virus.
The normal flu season is from November to March.
During the period from November 2020 to March
2021 the number of deaths attributed to flu was down
97% compared to the 5-year average. Commentators
have questioned whether seasonal flu has now been
categorised as Covid19.
CENSORSHIP:Two days after the first lockdown (23 March 2020) the
UK media regulator OFCOM issued a 4-page
directive effectively instructing all media
(TV/Newspapers etc.) not to provide any third party
coverage that contradicts the Government narrative.
In addition, the Government have established two
units (77 th Brigade & 13 th Signals) to operate on
social media to support their narrative and negate any
narrative that challenges or contradicts the ‘official’
position.
During 2020/21 the British Medical Journal reported
instances where doctors were suspended for
questioning the Government’s narrative concerning
Covid19. NHS staff have been advised that talking
about hospital occupancy or conditions or their
opinion of Covid19 or vaccinations is a disciplinary
matter which will lead to suspension and possible

Commentators suggest that all of the above restricts
the people’s ability to protest & speak freely.
NHS STATUS:
During 2020 and to date the NHS reports that routine
operations & consultant appointments have been
cancelled.
In July 2021 it has been disclosed that 12m people in
the UK are awaiting hospital treatment of which 5.3m
are awaiting operations. NHS dentists have an
average 3 year waiting list.
In March 2021 it was reported that it will take 2-3
years for the NHS to catch up on deferred operations& consultations.
Some observers suggest that delayed NHS
consultations has contributed to the ‘excess deaths’
recorded in 2020.
The PCR TEST
In June 2020 the Government announced the
introduction of the ‘PCR’ test as a means to identify
Covid19 infections.
The PCR test was invented by Professor Kary Mullis
who said that the PCR test is not a diagnostic tool
and should only be used to evaluate the viral load
once a doctor has diagnosed the patient as having a
particular infection. He also said the number of
‘cycles’ used should not exceed 30 & the PCR test
does not show that you are sick.
Thus the inventor says THE PCR TEST CAN NOT
DIAGNOSE COVID19 ILLNESS. Therefore, so
called ‘cases’ relied upon by Governments to support
their policy is invalid.

A number of virologists have stated that the PCR test
should be calibrated for each virus to establish the
maximum number of cycles to be used. The German
manufacturer of the most used PCR test equipment
has confirmed that this calibration has not been done.
The PCR test is an amplification process with each
‘cycle’ further magnifying the sample exponentially eg
1 2 4 8 etc. Beyond 30 cycles the test will identify old
partial virus strands & miscellaneous fragments of
various viruses which are usually present in the body.
Some scientists suggest the maximum ‘cycles’ should
be 20 to 26. The consensus seems to be mid 20’s.
Throughout 2020 and to date laboratories in UK &
worldwide have been using between 35 to 45 cycles
which thus provide ‘false results’ and mostly false
positive results (infected with Covid19) which are
recorded as ‘cases’.
It has been estimated that 97% of PCR tests produce
‘false positives’ (infected with Covid19) results.
A court in Poland & one in Switzerland have ruled in
2020 that the PCR test as currently used to identifyCovid19 is ‘not fit for purpose’
In June 2021 in Lisbon, Portugal a court ruled that
the PCR test is not fit for purpose and there were not
17,000 deaths (as the Government reported) from
Covid19 in 2020 but the actual deaths were 152.
After the Lisbon judgement the homes of those
involved with the case were raided & documents
removed. When the police were asked the reason for
the raid/seizure the officer replied ‘because you are
spreading unauthorised information’.

Until 7 June 2021 the UK Government instruction was
that a ‘Covid19 CASE’ is where the individual
records a positive PCR test result regardless of
whether the individual shows symptoms or not.
Also the UK Government instruction was that if a
person is in hospital at the time of the test then a
positive test shall be recorded as hospitalisation
because of Covid19 regardless of any other reason the
individual is in hospital.After 7 June 2021 the instruction changed so that a
‘Covid19 Case’ will be recorded only where the PCR
test is positive and the individual shows symptoms of
having Covid19.
The validity of the PCR test for Covid19 has been

Covid19 EVALUATION OF SEVERITY
Professor John Ioannidis of Stamford University
California is regarded by his peers as the World’s
pre-eminent expert on viruses and epidemiology. He
states in April 2021 that Covid19 does not produce a
death rate significantly higher than seasonal flu and
is less infectious. He further states that lockdowns are
counterproductive and that face masks and social
distancing provide little or no protection and may be
bad for physical/mental health in the medium/long
term.
Thus Professor Ioannidis has said:
Covid19 AT WORST is the same as a bad flu season.
Other medical/virology professionals have stated:1. Individuals who are infected but not displaying
symptoms can’t transmit the infection.
2. There are numerous studies which show that
‘lockdowns’ do not prevent the progress of any
infection.
3. The mass testing program has no benefit and
provides nothing but serving political control
objectives.
4. It is illegal to coerce any individual to undertake
a medical procedure including vaccination.
5. Social distancing serves no purpose other than
controlling people for political purposes.
6. The Government is using Covid19 to progress an
undisclosed agenda.
7. Numerous studies show that ‘masks’ have little or
no effect in preventing the spread of an infection
and its only purpose is to ‘advertise ‘compliance
with Government instructions’ and provide an
ongoing ‘reminder’ of the virus being present.
8. The closure of pubs & restaurants only serves the
Government’s plan to prevent people talking and
sharing information.
9. The amount of censorship and discrediting
anyone challenging the Government narrative is
unprecedented.
Many medical professionals have reported that
Invermecdin & Hydroxychloroquine have bothdemonstrated excellent results in dealing with
Covid19 & Flu. However, the mainstream medical
authorities have refused to endorse/use these drugs.

There are reports that these two drugs are routinely
used in Private Hospitals but not available in Public
Hospitals such as the NHS.
Covid19 VACCINES:
Covid19 Vaccinations were introduced during the last
quarter of 2020. Normally it takes a minimum of 6
years and for some up to 10 years for the completion
of long term tests and so permit a vaccine to secure
regulatory approval.
There are currently 4 vaccines available and none
has been ‘approved’ by the regulators but all have
been given ‘emergency distribution authorisation’ by
Governments and ‘temporary approval’ by the
MRHA.
So All Covid19 vaccines are experimental.Moderna representative confirms their vaccine is
experimental.
The vaccines are currently undergoing the usual
clinical trials which are scheduled to end in 2023.
None of the available vaccines prevent Covid19
infection or the spread of the infection.
In July 2021 it was revealed that 47% of recent
Covid19 ‘cases’ were from fully vaccinated people.
The vaccines allegedly prepare the body to deal with
the Covid19 infection more effectively & with
consequential reduced symptoms.
The current vaccines fall into 2 groups:
Group A : Pfzier…… Moderna
Group B:
Astra Zeneca…..Johnson&Johnson
Neither of Moderna or Johnson & Johnson have
produced any type of vaccine in the past.
In plain words:
Group A: Known as mRNA vaccines change the
biochemistry (gene therapy/genomics) of theindividual’s immune system to allegedly enable it to
respond more aggressively to any Covid19 infection.
Group B: Is more like a traditional treatment which
introduces a measured mild or ‘dead’ form of an
infection into the individual so that the body reacts
and defeats the mild infection and so prepares the
body (recognising the virus) to deal with the full virus.

the absence of long term tests.
As regards Group A. concern has been raised given
that in 2002 in response to the Sars Covid 1 virus. this
new mRNA technology was tested but then abandoned

PAST EXPERIENCE OF ADVERSE EVENTS:
In 2009 GlaxoSmithKline introduced a new influenza
vaccine known as Pandemrix. It was withdrawn from
