Experience , The Enemy of Monopoly and the State. #MonopolyStateCapitalism

What do you see?

Experience!  putting into action what has been learned through life. The praxis of empirical knowledge, Coupled with enthusiasm and honesty , experience would be in great demand, surely?

I read something the other day saying that most employment types within corporate recruitment were not keen on filling vacancies with people over 50. With an aging demographic this seems at odds with the interests of the corporations these corporate recruitment types work for. Are older folk slow to learn or quicker to smell a rat?

As a 58 year old obviously I prefer to think its the ability of we oldies to smell a rat that

puts the recruiters off , I do think though that if the corporate world aspired to ideals of customer service and value for money the question would not arise.

It found that just four out of 10 (42%) were open “to a large extent” to hiring people aged between 50 and 64. The survey, carried out at the end of October 2022, found that most employers were more open to hiring workers in younger age groups.30 Jan 2023

That’s right, the Downing Street guy. Some research into him will prove revealing, I know; I’ve done it.

Snookered, A dead end , Mirror written to Camera Obscura .Which species of Inversion is this.

At the risk of repeating everyone else. Yet another groundhog day. Monday All week and lost in translation? #DumberandDouma
